ECS “Electronic Control System” implementation (1-2-2020)

“QSC team started the implementation of the system with municipalities of “Saida Union” on June 2019.
The team visited 14 municipalities (“Darb El Sim”, “Miyeh w Miyeh”, Salhiyeh”, “Tanborit”, “Haret Saida”, “Al Gaziyieh”, “Ain El Delb”, “Bkosta”, “Hlaliyeh”, “Bramiyeh”, “Saida”, “Krayeh”, “Majdelyon” and “Aabra”) to install the system, and training the employee how to work with it to send the updated data to the governorate server.

 

 

“Electronic Control System – ECS” workshop with municipalities of Saida Union by QSC team (21-5-2019)

QSC team managed a workshop with municipalities of “Saida Union” on Monday May 20, 2019 in the South Lebanon Governorate in the presence of the governor “Mr. Mansour Daou” to present the “Electronic Control System” and explain how to work with it.
There was 14 municipalities in the workshop: “Darb El Sim”, “Miyeh w Miyeh”, Salhiyeh”, “Tanborit”, “Haret Saida”, “Al Gaziyieh”, “Ain El Delb”, “Bkosta”, “Hlaliyeh”, “Bramiyeh”, “Saida”, “Krayeh”, “Majdelyon” and “Aabra”.
The workshop was successful and the QSC team will start to implement the system in these municipalities soon.

 

 

BALADI CAP SERVICE PROVIDER, QUICK SOLUTIONS COMPANY, PROVIDES AUTOMATED RECEIPT MODULES AND PASSBOOK PRINTERS TO SEVEN LEBANESE MUNICIPALITIES (19/4/2019)

BALADI CAP, through its service provider Quick Solutions Company (QSC) has installed an “Automated Receipts Module” (ARM) in 7 municipalities that have shown proficiency in the Municipal Financial Application training that had been previously conducted during the project’s lifespan. These municipalities are: Al Qlayaa, Al Qobayat, Chebaa, Halba, Hasbaya, Kfardebiane, and Qob Elias. This module had been developed and implemented by QSC to allow for the generation of municipal receipts automatically by the system, and thus reducing human errors. It also includes a customized printout of the receipt that will be printed on three copies A5 paper, which saves about 40% paper consummation. In addition to ARM, QSC has provided each of these municipalities with one passbook printer and 4,000 pre-printed A5 receipts in 3 copies. This provision comes under BALADI CAP municipal support component, CEDG, aimed at enhancing municipal transparency and service delivery at the municipal level.

 

 

Training Workshop on Complaints System & Website (OJT) (02-08-2018)

QSC team has conducted a full-day training workshop for Complaints System.

The training took place at “Bekfaya ” , “Hazmieh” , “Qornayil” , “Chebaa” ,”Fneydek” , “Zahle” , “Barr Elias” , “Qob Elias” , Al Choueifat” , “Aabbadiyyeh”  municipalities.

The workshop has enhanced attendees’ knowledge of using Complaints System.

And the QSC team has conducted training workshop for using the Website in ” Al Qlayaa” municipality.

 

 

Training Workshop on Municipal Financial Applications (OJT) (17-05-2018)

QSC team has conducted a full-day training workshop on municipal financial applications (MRS, MBS).

The workshop took place at “Bekfaya Municipality” with the presence of Five attendees, “Union of Hasbany” with the presence of Two attendees, “Mina” with the presence of Twelve attendees, “Chekka” with the presence of Eight attendees, “Qrayeh” with the presence of Two attendees, “Chebaa” , “Al Qlayaa” , “Hasbaya” , “Hasbani Union

The workshop has enhanced attendees’ knowledge of:

  • Laws Impacting Municipal Work.
  • Municipal Budget System for Small Municipalities.
  • Municipal Revenues System.
